Kind of marine lifes you see when diving in Bali
The island of Bali known to have beautiful landscape, soaring mountain ranges, ride paddy fields and also unique cultural heritage. But little know that the island of Bali also an underwater paradise. The island offer so many underwater sites to divers from around the world who want to dive on its ocean. Bali has several diving sites where each one of them filled with various amrine lives which is so vibrant and colorful.
If you want to see the marine lifes in Bali and do some underwater photography in Bali then prepare yourself to go on a diving tours around the island. Below are some of the diving sites in Bali and what you might find over its water.
Take a dive in Tulamben beach where you will find the incredible USS Liberty cargo ship wreck and see with your own eyes the fantastic arya of corals and marine lifes which made this 120m structure as their home.
On average days of diving in Tulamben you will see schools of trevally, fusilier, bream, and anthias mill around the wreck. Large sweetips, batfish, angelfish, butterfly fish and also anemone fish you can find hoover under ledges in crevies.
Some more marine lifes you can find everywhere are lionfish, scorpionfish, hawkfish, bumphead parrot fish, pufferfish and coral trout.. On the sand you will find the gobies, blennies, shrimps and dottyback.
- Menjangan Island
The island of Menjangan is one of the best diving site in Bali, here you the site is full of small nooks and crannies, overhangs, and bigger cavelettes, crevasses, etc; covered with soft corals, sponges and also offer the greatest diversity of gorgonian fans in Bali.
- Lembongan Island
lembongan and Nusa Penida island are located near from Bali just a short boat trips you will arrive at this fantastic dive sites. Here you can find colorful soft corals, all sorts of critters from macro to pelagics, and large schools of fish and when the time is right usually from July till October you will see huge quantities of Manta Rays and Mola Mola fish.
